Επιστολή Αρ.43 του Βρετανού πρεσβευτή στην Αγία Πετρούπολη Sir Charles Bagot (Αγία Πετρούπολη, 25 Αυγούστου 1821) προς τον Robert Stewart, Viscount Castlereagh Foreign Secretary με την οποία τον ενημερώνει μεταξύ άλλων για την απόφαση της Πύλης να άρει το εμπάργκο που είχε επιβάλλει στην εξαγωγή σιτηρών μέσω του Βοσπόρου.
