Abstract:

Ιούνιος 1802, επιστολή της Downing Street που περιλαμβάνει τα της Μάλτας και τη σημασία το νησί να ανεξαρτητοποιηθεί από τους Γάλλους. Επίσης τονίζεται πως αν ο τσάρος συγκατατεθεί με τα όσα συμφωνήθηκαν για την Μάλτα τότε και η Αγγλία θα δεχτεί τα σχέδια του τσάρου για τα Επτάνησα.
