Επιστολή ιδιωτική (private) του Joseph Planta Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs (Λονδίνο-Foreign Office, 21 Μαΐου 1825) προς τον Thomas Lack, the first Assistant Secretary of the Office of Committee of Privy Council for Trade με την οποία τον ενημερώνει ότι ο The Right Honorable George Canning His Majesty’s Principal Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs έχοντας λάβει την ενημέρωση ότι τα βρετανικά σκάφη δεν υπόκεινται σε καταβολή κανενός τέλους ή χρέωσης στην Ρωσία θέλει τώρα να ενημερωθεί για τις χρεώσεις στις οποίες υπόκεινται τα ρωσικά πλοία στα βρετανικά λιμάνια.
