Abstract:

•    Επιστολή του προξένου της Βρετανίας στην Οδησσό James Yeames (Οδησσός, 12 Ιουνίου 1821) προς τον The Most Noble The Marquis of Londonderry K. G. His Majesty’s Principal Secretary of State στο Λονδίνο, με την οποία τον ενημερώνει για το εμπάργκο που έχει επιβάλλει η Πύλη στις εξαγωγές σιτηρών, ενώ σημειώνει πως στην παρούσα φάση το ποσό των 9 ½ έως 11 πιάστρων που έχει επιβάλλει ως δασμό η Πύλη λειτουργεί ενισχυτικά στο εξαγωγικό σιτεμπόριο της περιοχής .
