Abstract:

Επιστολή του Φορέστη (30 Μάρτη 1798) με την οποία αναφέρεται σε πλοία (με σημαία Δανίας, Ρωσίας) που προσπαθούν να εμπορευτούν σιτάρι και σταφίδα από την Κεφαλονιά αλλά εμποδίζονται από τους Γάλλους, με την δικαιολογία πως είτε έχουν σκοπό να τροφοδοτήσουν την Αγγλία είτε πως ανήκουν σε ρώσους εμπόρους.
