Abstract:

Επιστολή 29 Αυγούστου 1821 του Φορέστη με αναφορά στα προβλήματα ασφάλειας και τάξης που αντιμετωπίζει η Γερουσία στο νεοσύστατο κράτος και η ανάγκη να πιάνουν και τα βρετανικά σκάφη στα Επτάνησα, και όταν είναι ανάγκη να ζητά την βοήθειά τους για επιβολή της τάξης η Γερουσία. Η κατάσταση στην Ζάκυνθο παραμένει η ίδια.
