Abstract:

Επιστολή του Φορέστη (Κέρκυρα 22 Σεπτέμβρη 1801) με την οποία αναφέρεται στο κατέβασμα της αγγλικής σημαίας από την Ζάκυνθο με την βοήθεια ενός αγγλικού πολεμικού σκάφους και στο ότι η κατάσταση στο νησί ήταν ήρεμη. Η σημαία της Επτανήσου Πολιτείας υψώθηκε την 14η Σεπτεμβρίου.
