Abstract:

•    Ένορκη αναφορά του υπο-προξένου της Βρετανίας στο Ταγκανρόγκ William Yeames (Ταγκανρόγκ, 31 Δεκεμβρίου 1824) προς τον Κοινοβουλευτικό Υφυπουργό των Εξωτερικών (Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs), Joseph Planta, με την οποία τον ενημερώνει για το ποσό των αμοιβών που έλαβε το υπο-προξενείο του κατά το έτος 1823. Το ποσό ανερχόταν σε 2.750 ρούβλια (χαρτονομίσματα) που αντιστοιχούσαν σε  114,11 λίρες στερλίνες.
