Abstract:

Επιστολή του Φορέστη προς τον Lord Harrowby (Κέρκυρα 21 Αυγούστου 1804) με την οποία αναφέρεται σε διάφορα θέματα. Μεταξύ άλλων αναφέρει πως στα Επτάνησα υπάρχει μία ρωσική στρατιωτική παρουσία που αριθμεί εννέα χιλιάδες άντρες, με 3000 να είναι μοιρασμένοι εκτός Κέρκυρας, ενώ αναμένονται επιπλέον 1200 άνδρες.
