Επιστολή του Φορέστη (Μάλτα 3 Οκτωβρίου 1807) προς τον The Right Honorable George Canning His Majesty’s Principal Secretary of State for the Foreign Department με την οποία τον ενημερώνει για τις οδηγίες που έχει λάβει από την κυβέρνηση του Λονδίνου καθώς και για τις πληρωμές του.
Abstract: notifies his having drawn on Mr. Canning for the sums of £ 400 and £ 300 Stl. on account of secret and extraordinary expenses. The items of these sums and the receipt will be transmitted by a future conveyance.
