Επιστολή Αρ.55 του Βρετανού πρεσβευτή στην Αγία Πετρούπολη Sir Charles Bagot (Αγία Πετρούπολη, 12 Νοεμβρίου 1823) προς τον The Right Honorable George Canning His Majesty’s Principal Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs στο Λονδίνο με την οποία τον ενημερώνει εκ νέου για το αίτημα του Βρετανού Γενικού Προξένου στην Οδησσό James Yeames σχετικά με την χορήγηση μισθού. Επίσης, ο ίδιος επισημαίνει την εξαιρετική συνεργασία με τον Yeames τόσο του ιδίου όσο και του πρεσβευτή στην Κωνσταντινούπολη Percy Clinton, Viscount Strangford, και τονίζει τις μεγάλες ανάγκες που πλέον έχει να αντιμετωπίσει ο James Yeames στην Οδησσό.
