Επιστολή (Αρ.23) του Φορέστη (Κέρκυρα 25 Ιουνίου 1807) προς τον The Right Honorable George Canning His Majesty’s Principal Secretary of State for the Foreign Department με την οποία τον ενημερώνει για τις κινήσεις και μία μικρή ναυμαχία του ρωσικού με τον τουρκικό στόλο στο Αρχιπέλαγος. Επίσης ενημερώνει πως ο Σουλτάνος Σελίμ εκθρονίστηκε και διάδοχός του ήταν ο Μουσταφά. Επισυνάπτει επιστολές από τον Seniavin και τον Μοντσενίγο.
Abstract: Encloses two accounts of an engagement between the Russian and Turkish fleets on the 22nd May at the entrance of the Dardanelles, in which the Turkish fleet were much damaged. Mr. Pozzo di Borgo is arrived at Tenedos.
